Cal Cunningham Campaign Releases Its First Television Ad, “Oath,” Which Highlights Cal’s Military Service, Commitment To Taking On Corruption

New Ad Will Start Running Tomorrow In Raleigh Market, Marks Sustained Seven-Figure Investment In TV and Digital Ads, Direct Mail

RALEIGH, NC – Cal Cunningham’s Senate campaign today released its first television ad of the cycle entitled, “Oath,” which highlights Cal’s military service and his commitment to taking on corruption in Washington.

The 30-second spot will begin airing in the Raleigh market beginning tomorrow, January 22, marking the beginning of a sustained, seven-figure investment by the campaign in the coming weeks as voters become increasingly engaged. The investment includes TV advertising, digital advertising, and direct mail.

The digital ads will run statewide across several different platforms, not only places like Facebook and YouTube, but also frequented news sources and other websites. You can view the 15-second version of the digital ads, which also emphasize Cal’s small-town roots, slated to run here.

Cal has raised more than $3 million since joining the race, and has earned endorsements from more than 140 North Carolina leaders and organizations like End Citizens United, League of Conservation Voters, NC AFL-CIO, and the Brady Campaign to End Gun Violence.
